Alex visited to identify problem causing rain penetration on exposed wall above window. He removed a course of bricks and identified that there was no lintel and bricks had dropped. He replaced the course of bricks and quoted for the suggested remedial work. The remedial work was undertaken in a professional way taking care to ensure the work matched with the existing wall. Alex and Christie were both a pleasure to deal with being both friendly and courteous. I will certainly use again in the future if the need arises.

Alex came and looked at the problem promptly, told me what he thought the problem was . He was very honest about the problem, was 95% sure the work he would do would cure the issue , but couldn't guarantee it. I was happy with that ,and the quote was very reasonable. He and Chris did the work the following week. After a period of heavy rain he rang me to ask if the problem persisted. If not he would return to look at other possible solutions. The work done has cured my problem, he and Chris were very polite, tidy and professional, just nice people who cared about solving my problem.

Alex was the only person who actually *called* me to talk about the work. I had someone else (from Checkatrade) quote for it, but the price was stupidly high for what I needed. Alex was realistic. He is also very good at communicating, very tidy, very friendly. Glad I found him. He did a great job of replacing a damaged wall, and even had a go at plastering it (not his expertise, but he did a good job!) I would easily recommend him.

First and foremost he did a fantastic job.
